Ένα από τα σημαντικότερα και ποιό επίκαιρα θέματα που προβληματίζει σημαντικά τμήματα του πληθυσμού, είναι σε περίπτωση που θα χρειαστεί να ενοικιαστεί ή να αγοραστεί μία κατοικία-διαμέριασμα, εάν μπορούν  να πάρουν  μαζί τους τα κατοικίδιά τους!

Σύμφωνα με τη νέα νομοθεσία, ο κανονισμός της πουκατοικίας μπορεί να προβλέπει μέγιστο αριθμό κατοικιδίων ανά διαμέρισμα, όχι όμως να απαγορεύσει τη διαμονή κατοικιδίων σε όποιον επιθυμεί να έχει σκυλάκι ή γατάκι!

Πάντα φυσικά με συγκεκριμένες προϋποθέσεις, οι οποίες συντελούν και αποσκοπούν στην αρμονική διαβίωση και συνύπαρξη όλων.
