ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΠΡΟΣ ΦΟΙΤΗΤΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΕΥΡΕΣΗ ΦΟΙΤΗΤΙΚΗΣ ΚΑΤΟΙΚΙΑΣ ΣΤΗ ΛΑΡΙΣΑ

Τι χρειάζεται να προσέξει, ο νέος φοιτητής στην επιλογή του για τη νέα του στέγη!

1.  Έλεγχος της τοποθεσίας του σπιτιού, τη γειτονιά και τι ακριβώς παρέχει ( super market, τράπεζες, τακτική αστική συγκοινωνία, εύλολη και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλεως)

2. Προσοχή στο σύστημα θέρμανσης του σπιτιού.

    Προτειμούνται οι οικίες με αυτόνομη θέρμανση. Το κλιματιστικό παίζει καθαρά υποστηρικτκό ρόλο.

3. Καλός έλεγχος του σπιτιού για τυχόν βλάβες, οι οποίες καλό θα είναι να επισημανθούν στον ιδιοκτήτη.

    Βασική αρχή: Τα σπίτια τα επισκεπτόμαστε και τα ελέγχουμε ημέρα.

4. Σύμβαση του μισθωτού με τους παρόχους ρεύματος, ύδευσης και φυσικού αερίου.

    Καλό είναι να είναι όλες οι νέες συνδέσεις στο όνομα του μισθωτή.

    Άλλωστε είναι γνωστό, ότι οι καθαροί λογαριασμοί, κάνουν και τους καλούς φίλους.

5. Δεν υπάρχει χαρτόσημο στις μισθώσεις αστικών κατοικιών.

6. Πάντα σύνταξη συμβολαίου με τον ιδιοκτήτη της κατοικίας.

    Όχι προφορικές συμφωνίες.

    Βασική αρχή : Τα γραπτά μένουν!!

7. Στις μισθώσεις κατοικιών, το ύψος του μισθώματος, διαμορφώνεται ελεύθερα και δεσμεύει και τις δύο πλευρές.

   Η μίσθωση κατοικίας ισχύει τουλάχιστον για τρία χρόνια, λαμβανομένου υπόψη ότι υπάρχει μία σωστή συνεργασία μεταξύ ιδοκτήτη και μισθωτή.

8. Απευθυνθείτε μόνο σε επίσημα και αναγνωρισμένα μεσιτικά γραφεία, τα οποία μπορούν να εγγυηθούν μία σωστή και ασφαλή σύμβαση, άρα μία καλή σχέση μεταξύ των συμβαλλομένων.
