ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΗ ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ

Ξεκινά η υποβολή των αιτήσεων μείωσης ΕΝΦΙΑ, σε ασφαλισμένες κατοικίες φυσικών προσώπων, για το 2025.

Από 15 Ιανουαρίου 2025, ξεκινάει η υποβολή των αιτήσεων μείωσης ΕΝΦΙΑ, ασφαλισμένων κατοικιών.

Με την απόφαση ( Α.1002/2025), του Υπουργείου Εθνικής Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών, ορίζονται νέες προϋποθέσεις και διαδικασίες μείωσης ΕΝΦΙΑ, κατοικιών φυσικών προσώπων, που είναι ασφαλισμένες έναντι φυσικών καταστροφών.

Συγκεκριμένα από το 2025 και γαι τα επόμενα έτη εφαρμόζεται:

1. Μείωση ΕΝΦΙΑ 20% σε κατοικίες με φορολογητέα αξία έως 500.000 ευρώ, εφόσον είναι ασφαλισμένες για ένα (1), έτος έναντι σεισμού, πυρκαγιάς και πλημμύρας.

2. Μείωση ΕΝΦΙΑ 10%, σε κατοικίες με φορολογητέα αξία άνω των 500.000 ευρώ, υπό τις ίδιες προϋποθέσεις.

3. Αναλογική μείωση ΕΝΦΙΑ, σε περιπτώσεις ασφάλισης μικρότερης διάρκειας του ενός έτους και ελάχιστη διάρκεια ασφάλισης τους τρεις μήνες.
